Abstract
A window for a display device includes a cover glass including a flat portion and a curved portion adjacent to the flat portion, a decorative film which is disposed on the cover glass and in which a plurality of holes overlapping the curved portion is defined, and a printing layer disposed on the decorative film and covering the plurality of holes.
Claims20
A window for a display device, comprising:
- a cover glass including a flat portion and a curved portion adjacent to the flat portion;
- a decorative film which prevents reflection of external light and is disposed on the cover glass and in which a plurality of holes overlapping the curved portion is defined;
- and
- a printing layer disposed on the decorative film, covering the plurality of holes and having a thickness greater than a maximum thickness of the decorative film in a direction perpendicular to a main plane extension direction of the cover glass.

A method of manufacturing a window for a display device, the method comprising:
- defining a plurality of holes in a decorative film;
- attaching the decorative film which prevents reflection of external light to a cover glass including a flat portion and a curved portion such that the plurality of holes overlaps the curved portion;
- and
- forming a printing layer covering the plurality of holes on the decorative film,
- wherein the printing layer has a thickness greater than a maximum thickness of the decorative film in a direction perpendicular to a main plane extension direction of the cover glass.
