The invention features combination therapies using an IL-15-based superagonist complex and an antibody to effectively treat subjects with cancer and infectious diseases.
Claims6
A method of treating non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, the method comprising:
- administering by instillation into the bladder of a human subject in need thereof a pharmaceutical composition comprising
- i) an effective amount of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) and
- ii) an effective amount of an Interleukin-15/Interleukin-15 Receptor alpha sushi (IL-15:IL-15RαSu) complex, wherein the IL-15 comprises a wild type IL-15.
