Method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving wireless signal in wireless communication system

A user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• a transceiver;
• and
• a processor configured to control the transceiver to receive at least one downlink control information (DCI) based on monitoring of physical downlink control (PDCCH) candidates in at least one of a plurality of search space sets configured in the UE and to receive at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) based on the at least one DCI,
• wherein the transceiver receives, in a first search space set of the plurality of search space sets, DCI that schedules a first PDSCH based on a first transmission configuration index (TCI) value, the DCI including a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) field and a first new data indicator (NDI) field, and receives, in a second search space set of the plurality of search space sets, another DCI that schedules a second PDSCH based on a second TCI value, the another DCI including a second HARQ process ID field and a second NDI field, and
• wherein the first TCI value is different from the second TCI value, and
• wherein,
• based on that a value of the first HARQ process ID field in the DCI is identical to a value of the second HARQ process ID field in the another DCI, and a value of the first NDI field in the DCI is identical to a value of the second NDI field in the another DCI,
• the processor determines that a transport block (TB) in the second PDSCH is re-transmission of a TB in the first PDSCH.

A device configured to control a user equipment (UE), the device comprising:

• a memory configured to store instructions;
• and
• a processor configured to perform operations by executing the instructions, the operations comprising:
• receiving at least one downlink control information (DCI) based on monitoring of physical downlink control (PDCCH) candidates in at least one of a plurality of search space sets configured in the UE;
• and
• receiving at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) based on the at least one DCI,
• wherein receiving the at least one DCI includes:
• receiving, in a first search space set of the plurality of search space sets, DCI that schedules a first PDSCH based on a first transmission configuration index (TCI) value, the DCI including a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) field and a first new data indicator (NDI) field;
• and
• receiving, in a second search space set of the plurality of search space sets, another DCI that schedules a second PDSCH based on a second TCI value, the another DCI including a second HARQ process ID field and a second NDI field,
• wherein the first TCI value is different from the second TCI value, and
• wherein,
• based on that a value of the first HARQ process ID field in the DCI is identical to a value of the second HARQ process ID field in the another DCI, and a value of the first NDI field in the DCI is identical to a value of the second NDI field in the another DCI,
• the processor determines that a transport block (TB) in the second PDSCH is re-transmission of a TB in the first PDSCH.
