System, method, and apparatus for initiating outbound communications from a user device

A method comprising:

• receiving, with at least one processor, a communication request to initiate a communication to a callee, the communication request initiated by a user of a user device;
• determining, with the at least one processor, whether to present information to the user of the user device based on recipient data associated with the callee;
• in response to determining to present information to the user, presenting to the user, with the user device, a warning based on the recipient data associated with the callee;
• and
• automatically terminating the communication while the communication is in progress based on the recipient data associated with the callee.

A computer program product comprising at least one non-transitory readable medium including program instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:

• receive a communication request to initiate a communication to a callee, the communication request initiated by a user of a user device;
• determine whether to present information to the user of the user device based on recipient data associated with the callee;
• in response to determining to present information to the user, present to the user, with the user device, a warning based on the recipient data associated with the callee;
• and
• automatically terminate the communication while the communication is in progress based on the recipient data associated with the callee.
