Systems and methods of generating an engagement profile

A system comprising:

• one or more hardware processors of a data processing system in communication with at least one server that stores a plurality of CRM systems of record associated with a plurality of data source providers, the one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
• access, from the at least one server, a plurality of CRM record objects of a first CRM system of record of the plurality of CRM systems of record, the first CRM system of, record associated with a first data source provider of the plurality of data source providers;
• generate, in one or more data structures maintained by the data processing system, for each CRM system of record of the plurality of CRM systems of record, a corresponding shadow system of record including a plurality of shadow objects, wherein each shadow object of a first shadow system of record is generated from a corresponding CRM record object of the plurality of CRM record objects of the first CRM system of record by populating shadow object field-value pairs using data included in corresponding CRM object field-value pairs of the CRM record object, the one or more processors configured to periodically synchronize the shadow object with the corresponding CRM record object;
• identify, for a first CRM record object of the first CRM system of record of the first data source provider, a first shadow object corresponding to the first CRM record object;
• match a plurality of electronic activities to the first shadow object, each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities matched to the first shadow object based on determining that one or more activity field values generated from the electronic activity and one or more object field values of the first shadow object satisfy a record object matching policy;
• store, responsive to matching the plurality of electronic activities to the first shadow object, in the one or more data structures, an association between each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities and the first shadow object;
• access, from the one or more data structures, the plurality of electronic activities matched with the first shadow object, each electronic activity identifying one or more participants associated with the first shadow object, the first shadow object including a first object field-value pair identifying a stage of a process corresponding to the first shadow object;
• identify, for a participant of the one or more participants, from the plurality of electronic activities, a set of electronic activities including the participant;
• determine an engagement profile of the participant based on a first number of electronic activities of the set of electronic activities sent by the participant, a second number of the set of electronic activities received by the participant and a temporal distribution of the set of electronic activities;
• and
• store, in the one or more data structures, an association between an identifier of the participant and the engagement profile of the participant for the first shadow object.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions embodied thereon, the instructions being executable by one or more processors of a data processing system in communication with at least one server that stores a plurality of CRM systems of record associated with a plurality of data source providers, from the at least one server to perform a method, the method comprising:

• accessing, from the at least one server, a plurality of CRM record objects of a first CRM system of record of the plurality of CRM systems of record, the first CRM system of record associated with a first data source provider of the plurality of data source providers;
• generating, in one or more data structures maintained by the data processing system, for each CRM system of record of the plurality of CRM systems of record, a corresponding shadow system of record including a plurality of shadow objects, wherein each shadow object of a first shadow system of record is generated from a corresponding CRM record object of the plurality of CRM record objects of the first CRM system of record by populating shadow object field-value pairs using data included in corresponding CRM object field-value pairs of the CRM record object, the one or more processors configured to periodically synchronize the shadow object with the corresponding CRM record object;
• identifying, for a first CRM record object of the first CRM system of record of the first data source provider, a first shadow object corresponding to the first CRM record object;
• matching a plurality of electronic activities to the first shadow object, each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities matched to the first shadow object based on determining that one or more activity field values generated from the electronic activity and one or more object field values of the first shadow object satisfy a record object matching policy;
• storing, responsive to matching the plurality of electronic activities to the first shadow object, in the one or more data structures, an association between each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities and the first shadow object;
• accessing, from the one or more data structures, the plurality of electronic activities matched with the first shadow object, each electronic activity identifying one or more participants associated with the first shadow object, the first shadow object including a first object field-value pair identifying a stage of a process corresponding to the first shadow object;
• identifying, for a participant of the one or more participants, from the plurality of electronic activities, a set of electronic activities including the participant;
• determining, an engagement profile of the participant based on a first number of electronic activities of the set of electronic activities sent by the participant, a second number of the set of electronic activities received by the participant and a temporal distribution of the set of electronic activities;
• and
• storing, in the one or more data structures, an association between an identifier of the participant and the engagement profile of the participant for the first shadow object.
