Systems and methods for ultra reliable low latency communications

A controller for a cellular communication network including a central server utilizing an operational spectrum for cellular communication with a remote access point (AP), the control system comprising:

• a processor;
• a memory configured to store computer executable instructions, which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
• coordinate frequency planning of the operational spectrum for the communications network based at least in part on a beacon signal wirelessly received, from a beacon transmitter at a beacon detector in communication with the AP;
• and
• implement a reliability-based latency mitigation scheme for dynamically controlling an operation of the AP, based on the beacon signal, with respect to a user equipment device (UE) in operable communication with the AP to avoid interference with at least one communication channel of the cellular communication network within the operational spectrum,
• wherein the beacon transmitter is disposed remotely from the UE.
