Abstract
A communication system includes: a plurality of cameras that generate image data by capturing images; a server that stores the image data generated by each of the plurality of cameras; and a plurality of transmission devices in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of cameras. Each of the plurality of transmission devices transmits light, including, as a visible light communication signal, information related to communication for accessing a storage location at which the image data generated by a corresponding one of the plurality of cameras is stored in the server.
Claims8
A terminal, comprising:
- a light communication device that receives a light signal transmitted from a first transmission device from among a plurality of transmission devices, an intensity of the light signal being modulated by transmission data including access information for image data captured by a camera corresponding to the first transmission device;
- and
- a wireless communication device that receives the image data based on the access information.
A method performed by a terminal including a light communication device and a wireless communication device, the method comprising:
- receiving, by the light communication device, a light signal transmitted from a first transmission device from among a plurality of transmission devices, an intensity of the light signal being modulated by transmission data including access information for image data captured by a camera corresponding to the first transmission device;
- and
- receiving, by the wireless communication device, the image data based on the access information.
