Abstract
A substrate and a display panel using the substrate are disclosed. The substrate includes a base layer; a magnetic material layer on a side of the base layer; and a thin film transistor (TFT) array layer on a side of the magnetic material layer away from the base layer.
Claims14
A substrate used in a display panel, comprising:
- a base layer;
- a magnetic material layer on a side of the base layer;
- and
- a thin film transistor (TFT) array layer on a side of the magnetic material layer away from the base layer,
- wherein the magnetic material layer comprises a plurality of magnetic material units spaced apart from each other,
- the substrate further comprises a pixel defining layer on a side of the TFT array layer away from the base layer, the pixel defining layer defines a plurality of contact holes exposing the TFT array layer, and
- each of the plurality of magnetic material units is aligned with one of the plurality of contact holes.

A display panel comprising a substrate and a plurality of light emitting elements on the substrate, wherein the substrate comprises:
- a base layer;
- a magnetic material layer on a side of the base layer;
- and
- a thin film transistor (TFT) array layer on a side of the magnetic material layer away from the base layer;
- wherein the plurality of light emitting elements are electrically connected to the TFT array layer,
- wherein the magnetic material layer comprises a plurality of magnetic material units spaced apart from each other,
- the substrate further comprises a pixel defining layer on a side of the TFT array layer away from the base layer, the pixel defining layer defines a plurality of contact holes exposing the TFT array layer, and
- each of the plurality of magnetic material units is aligned with one of the plurality of contact holes.
