Abstract
A system for providing an improved way of user intuitive visual management of bioprocess automation is disclosed. The system includes a processor and a memory. The processor is configured to present a graphical presentation of the bioprocess automation script and results associated with execution of the bioprocess automation script of a bioprocess, wherein the graphical presentation comprises an anticipated result and an anticipated flow path associated with the bioprocess; and modify the graphical presentation by varying at least one of the anticipated result and the anticipated flow path.
Claims23
A system for visual management of bioprocess automation, the system comprising:
- a processor and a memory, the processor configured to:
- generate a first graphical presentation for the design of a bioprocess automation script configured to execute a bioprocess and results associated with execution of the bioprocess automation script of the bioprocess, wherein the first graphical presentation comprises an anticipated result and an anticipated flow path associated with the bioprocess;
- and
- modify the first graphical presentation by varying at least one of the anticipated result and the anticipated flow path;
- and
- a display for presenting the first graphical presentation and a second graphical presentation of a real-time execution of the bioprocess, wherein the processor is configured to generate the second graphical presentation using data that indicates positions of various parts in a bioprocess equipment that performs the bioprocess.
A method for visual management of bioprocess automation, the method comprising:
- presenting a first graphical presentation for the design of a bioprocess automation script configured to execute a bioprocess and results associated with execution of the bioprocess automation script of the bioprocess, wherein the first graphical presentation comprises an anticipated result and an anticipated flow path associated with the bioprocess;
- and
- modifying the first graphical presentation by varying at least one of the anticipated result and the anticipated flow path;
- generating a second graphical presentation of a real-time execution of the bioprocess using data that indicates positions of various parts in a bioprocess equipment that performs the bioprocess;
- and
- presenting the second graphical presentation of the real-time execution of the bioprocess,
- wherein the second graphical presentation is generated using data that indicates positions of various parts in a bioprocess equipment that performs the bioprocess.
