Article conveying system and article conveying method

An article conveying system, comprising:

• at least two first conveying channels, configured to be arranged horizontally on a building;
• at least one second conveying channel, configured to be arranged vertically on the building;
• a conveyer, configured to move on the first conveying channels and the second conveying channel to convey an article to different positions of the building;
• and
• transfer device, arranged between the first conveying channels and the second conveying channel to transfer the article and/or the conveyer from the first conveying channels to the second conveying channel or from the second conveying channel to the first conveying channels,
• wherein the transfer device comprises:
• a transfer channel, on which the conveyer moves;
• and
• a first driving mechanism, configured to drive the transfer channel to turn over, so that the transfer channel is turned over from a first position communicating with one of the first conveying channels to a second position communicating with the second conveying channel, or from the second position communicating with the second conveying channel to the first position communicating with one of the first conveying channels.
