This invention relates to a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for sarcopenia, comprising a prostaglandin D2 production inhibitor as an active ingredient.
Claims6
A method for inhibiting and/or treating sarcopenia, comprising administering to a subject an effective amount of a prostaglandin D2 production inhibitor, wherein the prostaglandin D2 production inhibitor is 4-{(1-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)carbonyl}-N-[4-{4-(4-morpholinylcarbonyl)-1-piperidinyl}phenyl]-1-piperazine carboxamide.
