Abstract
Systems and methods are provided for which a chopper modulator and a chopper demodulator of a chopped apparatus having a variable chopper frequency are described. A feedback path is used to reduce ripples and/or remaining offsets as a result of the variable chopper frequency.
Claims14
A system, comprising:
- a chopped apparatus having a chopper modulator at an input and a chopper demodulator at an output,
- a device for providing a chopper signal having a variable chopper frequency to the chopper modulator and the chopper demodulator, and
- a feedback path from an output of the chopper demodulator to the chopped apparatus, configured to reduce ripples or offsets caused by the variable chopper frequency.
A method, comprising:
- providing a chopper signal having a variable chopper frequency to a chopper arrangement, and
- providing feedback from an output of the chopper arrangement to a chopped apparatus to compensate for ripples or offsets caused by the variable chopper frequency.
