Claims9
A compound represented by Formula (IX) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein, independently for each occurrence:
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, —CN, (C1-C6)alkyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 halogen atoms, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, —C(O)OR5, —OR5, —SR5, —S(O)R5, —SO2R5, —SO2NR5, —NO2, —N3, and —N(R5)m;
- R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, —CN, (C1-C6)alkyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 halogen atoms, —((C1-C6)alkylene)N(R5)m, —C(O)((C1-C6)alkylene)N(R5)m, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, —C(O)OR5, —OR5, —O((C1-C6)alkylene)N(R5)m, —SR5, —S(O)R5, —SO2R5, —SO2NR5, —NO2, —N3, and —N(R5)m;
- R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, (C1-C6)alkyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 halogen atoms, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, and heteroaralkyl;
- R10 is selected from the group consisting of (C1-C6)alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, and heteroaralkyl;
- and
- m is 2 or 3;
- and
- provided that at least one of R2 or R3 comprises a terminal —N(R5)m.
