Claims8
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide, an immunological adjuvant, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, vehicle or diluent, wherein said polypeptide consists of:
- a) SEQ ID NO:
- 27, or
- b) an amino acid sequence consisting of between 30 and 509 contiguous amino acid residues of the amino acid sequence in a), or
- c) an amino acid sequence having a sequence identity of at least 80% with the amino acid sequence of a) or b), where sequence identity is determined by comparing the sequence of option a) or b) with a sequence of equal length therewith according to the formula:
- (Nref−Ndif)·100/Nref, wherein Nref is the number of residues in each of the 2 compared sequences and Ndif is the number of residues which are non-identical in the two sequences when they are aligned over their entire lengths and in the same direction, wherein the amino acid sequence of a), b), or c) is optionally fused to an immunogenic carrier molecule, said polypeptide being antigenic in an animal.
