Disclosed is an expression cassette comprising, in a 5′ to 3′ direction of a sense strand, a promoter, and a first nucleic acid, a terminator and a second nucleic acid operably linked to the promoter, wherein the first nucleic acid and the second nucleic acid each contain at least one gene.

An expression cassette comprising, in a 5′ to 3′ direction of a sense strand, a promoter, and a first nucleic acid, a terminator and a second nucleic acid operably linked to the promoter, wherein the first nucleic acid and the second nucleic acid each comprises at least one gene, and the first nucleic acid and second nucleic acid are expressed under control of same said promoter, wherein an expression level of the gene comprised in the second nucleic acid is 20% or less of an expression level of the gene comprised in the first nucleic acid.
