Adhesive resin and adhesive composition for optical member including same

An adhesive resin comprising:

• an acrylic copolymer formed by polymerizing a monomer mixture including a monomer represented by [Formula 1],
• a (meth)acrylic monomer having a cross-linkable functional group, and
• an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer:
• wherein,
• F1 is —OH, —COOH, or —SH,
• X1 is a single bond, —O—, —NH—, an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a combination thereof,
• X2 is a single bond, an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, —COO—, or a combination thereof,
• R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms,
• R2 is a single bond or an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms,
• R3 is an arene having 6 to 20 carbon atoms or an alkane having 1 to 10 carbon atoms,
• wherein the monomer mixture comprises the monomer represented by [Formula 1] in an amount of 0.01 part by weight to 0.4 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the monomer mixture.
