A laminate comprising a substrate and a polymer layer formed with a polymer latex, wherein the polymer latex comprises a polymer and at least one polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of tamarind gum, xanthan gum, cationized xanthan gum, gellan gum, guar gum, and cationized guar gum.
