Fill and finish systems and methods

A filling system for use with a cell processing apparatus, the filling system comprising:

• a transfer set connectable to a source container containing a product, the source container received from the cell processing apparatus;
• a plurality of filling stations each comprising at least one container connected to the transfer set and in selective fluid communication with the source container via the transfer set;
• a syringe pump connected to the transfer set, and configured to transfer a product from the source container to the at least one container via the transfer set;
• and
• a controller coupled to the plurality of filling stations and the syringe pump, the controller configured to operate each of the plurality of filling stations and the syringe pump in concert to transfer a constant volume of fluid from the source container to the at least one container of each of the plurality of filling stations;
• wherein each filling station comprises a valve that limits or permits fluid communication between the at least one container and the source container;
• the controller being configured to open the valve associated with a first of the plurality of filling stations, to operate the syringe pump to transfer fluid from the source container to the at least one container of the plurality of filling stations, and after opening the valve associated with the second of the plurality of filling stations, to close the valve associated with the first of the plurality of filling stations.
