A polymer compound comprising:

• a repeating unit represented by Formula (I);
• a repeating unit represented by Formula (II);
• a repeating unit represented by Formula (III);
• and
• a repeating unit represented by Formula (IV),
• in Formulae (I) to (IV), R1, R3, R4, and R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, L1 represents —(C═O)O—R—, in which R represents a divalent aliphatic group which may have a substituent, or a divalent aromatic group which may have a substituent, and, L2, L3, and L4 each independently represent a single bond or a divalent linking group selected from the group consisting of —O—, —C(═O)—, —(C═O)O—, —(C═O)NR8—, a divalent aliphatic group which may have a substituent, a divalent aromatic group which may have a substituent, and a combination of these groups, in which R8 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, wherein L2 is not —O—,
• in Formula (I), R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, in which, in a case where R2 is an alkyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, one or more of —CH2— constituting the alkyl group may be replaced with —COO— or —CO—,
• in Formula (III), R5 represents an aliphatic group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and
• in Formula (IV), R7 represents an alkyl group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, in which at least one hydrogen atom is replaced with a fluorine atom.
