Abstract
It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrophotographic photosensitive member capable of suppressing the environmental fluctuation in the electrical characteristics. The present invention provides the electrophotographic photosensitive member in which the surface layer contains the compound having the specific structure.
Claims12
An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a support and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer comprises a compound represented by following formula (1):
- where, in the formula (1),
- R11 to R13 each independently represent an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
- Q11 to Q13 each independently represent a hydroxy group or a carboxy group.
A process cartridge comprising:
- an electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a support and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer comprises a compound represented by following formula (1);
- and
- at least one unit selected from the group consisting of a charging unit, a developing unit, a transfer unit, and a cleaning unit,
- the process cartridge integrally supporting the electrophotographic photosensitive member and the at least one unit, and being detachably attachable to a main body of an electrophotographic apparatus:
- where, in the formula (1),
- R11 to R13 each independently represent an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
- Q11 to Q13 each independently represent a hydroxy group or a carboxy group.
An electrophotographic apparatus comprising:
- an electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a support and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer comprises a compound represented by following formula (1);
- and
- a charging unit, an exposing unit, a developing unit and a transfer unit:
- where, in the formula (1),
- R11 to R13 each independently represent an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
- Q11 to Q13 each independently represent a hydroxy group or a carboxy group.
