A method for removing one or more of ethanol and acetaldehyde from a sample of a subject in need thereof, comprising administering a composition to the subject, wherein the composition comprises Lactobacillus brevis LMT1-73 (Accession No. KCTC-13412BP) and/or Lactobacillus fermentum LMT2-75 (Accession No. KCTC-13413BP), and a diluent or carrier.
A method for removing one or more of ethanol and acetaldehyde from a sample of a subject in need thereof, comprising administering Lactobacillus brevis LMT1-73 (Accession No. KCTC-13412BP) and/or Lactobacillus fermentum LMT2-75 (Accession No. KCTC-13413BP) to the subject.
