Abstract
A lavatory includes a toilet, a wall proximate to the toilet, and a transfer member moveably secured to the wall. The transfer member is moveable between a stowed position away from the toilet, and a deployed position. At least a portion of the transfer member in the deployed position is supported by at least a portion of the toilet.

A lavatory comprising:
- a toilet;
- a wall proximate to the toilet;
- and
- a transfer member moveably secured to the wall,
- the transfer member moveable between a stowed position away from the toilet, and a deployed position, wherein the transfer member in the deployed position is configured to allow an individual to slide over the transfer member onto the toilet.

A method of providing a lavatory, the method comprising:
- moveably securing a transfer member to a wall proximate to a toilet, wherein said moveably securing comprises allowing the transfer member to be moved between a stowed position away from the toilet, and a deployed position, wherein the transfer member in the deployed position is configured to allow an individual to slide over the transfer member onto the toilet.
A vehicle comprising:
- an internal cabin;
- and
- a lavatory within the internal cabin, the lavatory comprising:
- a toilet;
- a wall proximate to the toilet;
- and
- a transfer member moveably secured to the wall,
- the transfer member moveable between a stowed position away from the toilet, and a deployed position,
- wherein the transfer member comprises a bench segment, and a toilet segment.
