An electronic device comprising:

• a display device comprising
• a multilayer wiring structure formed by alternately stacking a plurality of insulating layers and a plurality of wiring layers, the plurality of wiring layers including a first wiring layer, a second wiring layer formed above the first wiring layer, and a third wiring layer formed above the second wiring layer;
• and
• a pixel comprising a light emitting unit, a first capacitor element and a second capacitor element, wherein
• an anode electrode of the light emitting unit is formed in the third wiring layer,
• the first capacitor element is electrically connected to the anode electrode,
• the second capacitor element is electrically connected to the anode electrode,
• in a cross-section perspective, the first capacitor element includes
• a first electrode formed in the second wiring layer below the anode electrode,
• a second electrode formed between the anode electrode and the first electrode, opposite to the first electrode, and electrically connected to the anode electrode via a first contact unit that extends between the second electrode and the anode electrode in the cross-section perspective, and
• a first insulating layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and
• in the cross-section perspective, the second capacitor element includes
• a third electrode formed between the first wiring layer and the second wiring layer, and
• a fourth electrode formed in the first wiring layer and electrically connected to the anode electrode.
