Access control method and user equipment

An access control method in a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:

• receiving configuration information related to data radio bearer (DRB);
• a plurality of logical channels related to the DRB including a first logical channel and a second logical channel, the configuration information including first indication information indicating a first logical channel ID, receiving a media access control element (MAC CE) indicating an activation/deactivation of a packet data convergence protocol layer (PDCP) duplication function of the DRB, and when the MAC CE indicates the deactivation of the PDCP duplication function;
• for the first logical channel, in addition to using the serving cell which is allowed to be used and configured to the first logical channel, also using the serving cell which is allowed to be used and configured to the second logical channel.

An access control method in a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:

• receiving configuration information, the configuration information including a restriction relationship between each logical channel of the UE and a serving cell which is allowed to be used;
• receiving a media access control element (MAC CE), the MAC CE including, for each logical channel, information indicating an activation/deactivation of the restriction relationship;
• and determining a serving cell used for each logical channel according to the information.
