Abstract
In some embodiments, a first electronic device shares a portion of a content item corresponding to a respective portion of lyrics for the content item with a second electronic device. In some embodiments, a system facilitates securely sharing a portion of a content item between two devices. In some embodiments, an electronic device generates a server address for accessing a portion of a content item. In some embodiments, a uniform resource locator includes an identification of content, an indication of a first subset of the content, and authentication data.
Claims50
A method comprising:
- at a first electronic device in communication with a display generation component and one or more input devices:
- while displaying, via the display generation component, a user interface associated with a respective content item, receive, via the one or more input devices, an input corresponding to a request to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to a portion of lyrics of the respective content item, with a second electronic device;
- in response to receiving the input corresponding to the request to share a portion of the respective content item corresponding to the portion of the lyrics, display, via the display generation component, a sharing user interface that includes lyrics for the respective content item;
- while displaying the sharing user interface, detect, on the sharing user interface via the one or more input devices, a sequence of one or more inputs including an input corresponding to a request to designate a portion of the lyrics of the respective content item for sharing;
- and
- in response to detecting the sequence of one or more inputs:
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a first portion of the lyrics for sharing, initiate a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the first portion of the lyrics with the second electronic device;
- and
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a second portion of the lyrics for sharing, different from the first portion, initiate a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the second portion of the lyrics, with the second electronic device.

An electronic device, comprising:
- one or more processors;
- memory;
- and
- one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- while displaying, via a display generation component, a user interface associated with a respective content item, receiving, via one or more input devices, an input corresponding to a request to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to a portion of lyrics of the respective content item, with a second electronic device;
- in response to receiving the input corresponding to the request to share a portion of the respective content item corresponding to the portion of the lyrics, displaying, via the display generation component, a sharing user interface that includes lyrics for the respective content item;
- while displaying the sharing user interface, detecting, on the sharing user interface via one or more input devices, a sequence of one or more inputs including an input corresponding to a request to designate a portion of the lyrics of the respective content item for sharing;
- and
- in response to detecting the sequence of one or more inputs:
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a first portion of the lyrics for sharing, initiating a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the first portion of the lyrics with the second electronic device;
- and
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a second portion of the lyrics for sharing, different from the first portion, initiating a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the second portion of the lyrics, with the second electronic device.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by one or more processors of an electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
- while displaying, via a display generation component, a user interface associated with a respective content item, receive, via one or more input devices, an input corresponding to a request to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to a portion of lyrics of the respective content item, with a second electronic device;
- in response to receiving the input corresponding to the request to share a portion of respective content item corresponding to the portion of the lyrics, display, via the display generation component, a sharing user interface that includes lyrics for the respective content item;
- while displaying the sharing user interface, detect, on the sharing user interface via one or more input devices, a sequence of one or more inputs including an input corresponding to a request to designate a portion of the lyrics of the respective content item for sharing;
- and
- in response to detecting the sequence of one or more inputs:
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a first portion of the lyrics for sharing, initiate a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the first portion of the lyrics with the second electronic device;
- and
- in accordance with a determination that the sequence of one or more inputs corresponds to a request to designate a second portion of the lyrics for sharing, different from the first portion, initiate a process to share a portion of the respective content item for playback corresponding to the second portion of the lyrics, with the second electronic device.
