Semiconductor device

A semiconductor device comprising:

• an input terminal, an output terminal, and a first control terminal;
• a first transistor and a second transistor serially coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal, wherein the first transistor includes a first end and a second end used for the serial coupling, a first gate coupled to the first control terminal, and a first body;
• the second transistor includes a third end and a fourth end used for the serial coupling, a second gate coupled to the first control terminal, and a second body;
• and the third end is coupled to the second end;
• a first resistor coupled to the first end;
• a second resistor coupled between the first resistor and the second end;
• a third resistor coupled to the third end;
• a fourth resistor coupled between the third resistor and the fourth end;
• a first diode having an anode coupled to the first body and a cathode coupled to a node coupling the third resistor and the fourth resistor;
• and
• a second diode having an anode coupled to the second body and a cathode coupled to a node coupling the first resistor and the second resistor.
