Fabrication method of patterned flexible electrode

A method of producing a patterned flexible electrode, the method comprising:

• a nanowire formation step of applying a first dispersion containing a metal nanowire to a first sheet which is unwound from a wound state to form a nanowire network;
• a fiber formation step of electrospinning a second dispersion containing metal nanoparticles on the nanowire network to form a fiber-nanowire network in which a metallic fiber of the metal nanoparticles being agglomerated is incorporated into the nanowire network;
• a sintering step of photonically sintering the fiber-nanowire network to form a conductive network;
• and
• a patterning step of using a patterning roll to pattern the fiber-nanowire network before the sintering step or pattern the conductive network after the sintering step, and
• wherein in the patterning step, the patterning roll on which protrusions are formed is brought into contact with each of the first sheet and a second sheet which is unwound from a wound state while rotating, the fiber-nanowire network or the conductive network is patterned in a shape of the protrusions by the contact of the first sheet with the patterning roll and transferred to the patterning roll, and a patterned network positioned on the patterning roll is transferred to the second sheet by the contact of the patterning roll and the second sheet.
