Method, apparatus, and system for accessing unlicensed band channel

An operation method of a user equipment of a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• receiving downlink control information (DCI) from a base station,
• wherein the DCI includes signaling information related to an UpLink (UL) transmission;
• determining whether to perform the UL transmission on a partial subframe based on the signaling information,
• wherein the partial subframe is a subframe which occupies less than 14 symbols;
• determining a starting position of the UL transmission on the partial subframe based on the signaling information;
• determining a position of the last occupied symbol in the partial subframe within a subframe based on the DCI;
• wherein the starting position of the UL transmission is designated based on a symbol of the subframe;
• and
• performing the UL transmission on the partial subframe based on the starting position of the UL transmission.

A base station of a wireless communication system, the base station comprising:

• a communication module;
• and
• a processor functionally connected to the communication module,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• transmit downlink control information (DCI) to a user equipment,
• wherein the DCI includes signaling information related to an UpLink (UL) transmission, and
• receive the UL transmission on a partial subframe transmitted based on a starting position of the UL transmission on the partial subframe within a subframe,
• wherein whether the UL transmission on the partial subframe is transmitted is determined based on the signaling information,
• wherein the starting position of the UL transmission on the partial subframe within the subframe is determined based on the signaling information,
• wherein the starting position of the UL transmission is designated based on a symbol of the subframe,
• wherein the partial subframe is a subframe which occupies less than 14 symbols,
• wherein a position of the last occupied symbol in the partial subframe within a subframe is determined based on the DCI.
