Abstract
A system and method for analyzing a data store of de-identified patient data to generate one or more dynamic user interfaces usable to predict an expected response of a particular patient population or cohort when provided with a certain treatment. The automated analysis of patterns occurring in patient clinical, molecular, phenotypic, and response data, as facilitated by the various user interfaces, provides an efficient, intuitive way for clinicians to evaluate large data sets to aid in the potential discovery of insights of therapeutic significance.

- in response to user selection of the new notebook interface element, generating a notebook generation interface including one or more draggable user interface elements corresponding to the preconfigured elements, wherein dragging one of the user interface elements into a cell of the notebook populates the cell with code for generating an associated analytic, model, visualization, or reporting, the notebook generation interface also for receiving user selections of one or more of the preconfigured elements to specify a new notebook, and storing the new notebook as a user-defined notebook for subsequent use;
- in response to user selection of one of the other notebook user interface elements:
- modeling a subset of the dataset according to a statistical model of the user-selected notebook or analyzing a subset of the dataset according to an analysis of the user-selected notebook without requiring user selection of the subset of the dataset or additional coding or recoding by the user
- applying the visualizations or reportings to the modeled or analyzed dataset to provide results to the user via the interactive portal, wherein the visualizations and reportings include representations of each cell of the notebook corresponding to the user-selected notebook user interface element;
- and
- enabling the user to modify the notebook, including enabling the user to modify code associated with one or more of the cells including modifying an input for one of the disease progression statistical models or analyses and generating one or more draggable user interface elements corresponding to the preconfigured elements, wherein dragging one of the user interface elements into a cell of the notebook populates the cell with code for generating an associated analytic, model, visualization, or reporting.
A system, comprising:
- a computer including a processing device, the processing device configured to:
- receive, via an interactive portal displayed on a display device operatively coupled to a computer, a user selection of a dataset representing a cohort of patients, the dataset stored in a patient data store, wherein each patient in the cohort of patients has been diagnosed with one or more cancers, and wherein the dataset comprises clinical information relating to each of the patients and biomarker information relating to a tumor specimen of each of the patients;
