Method and system for inter and intra agency communication, tracking and coordination

At least one non-transitory computer-readable medium including instructions that, when executed by at least one processing device, enable the at least one processing device to perform a method, the method comprising the steps of:

• accessing over a network first and second computer-aided dispatch databases, the first database including a first data set in a first format, the second database including a second data set in a second format different from the first format, each of the first and second data sets characterizing at least one response to at least one incident by at least one emergency response vehicle;
• retrieving over the network from the first and second databases the first and second data sets;
• converting the first and second data sets to a third data set in a third format different from the first and second formats;
• and
• presenting on a display device the third data set in a graphical user interface (GUI), wherein the third data set enables the GUI to present via a speaker radio traffic involving the at least one emergency response vehicle.
