Abstract
Provided herein are methods and systems for bio-printing of three-dimensional organs and organoids. Also provided herein are bio-printed three-dimensional organs and organoids for use in the generation and/or the assessment of immunological products and/or immune responses. Also provided herein are methods and system for bio-printing three-dimensional matrices.
Claims28
A method for printing an object, comprising using a pulsed laser source to generate a plurality of discrete, non-interfering focal points patterned as a three-dimensional (3D) holographic projection corresponding to said object in a medium comprising one or more precursors of a polymer, to form said object comprising said polymer.
A method for printing a three-dimensional (3D) object, comprising splitting a beam of light from a pulsed light source to simultaneously generate discrete, non-interfering focal points that form a 3D optical pattern corresponding to said object in a medium comprising one or more precursors of a polymer, to form at least a portion of said object comprising said polymer.
