- where
- Rs is an optionally fluorinated alkyl group,
- n is a number of from 5 to 20,
- PEG is a polyethylene oxide group and
- Rf is a group of the formula CF3—(CF2)a—Ob—(CF2)c—Od—,
- where
- a=1, 2 or 3,
- b=0 or 1,
- c=0, 1, 2 or 3 and
- d=0 or 1.
