Systems, apparatuses and methods to encourage injection site rotation and prevent lipodystrophy from repeated injections to a body area

An adhesive tape injection site indicator removably applied to a skin of a user comprising:

• a plurality of plies each having a plurality of holes, said plurality of holes are arranged in each ply to correspond to a selected injection site distribution pattern wherein said plurality of holes correspond to respective ones of a plurality of target injection sites, and the corresponding holes in the plurality of plies are substantially aligned with respect to each other;
• wherein the selected injection site distribution pattern is arranged such that, when an injection is made into respective ones of the plurality of holes, the selected injection site distribution pattern causes the respective injections to be spaced apart in a body area of the user that is covered by the adhesive tape injection site indicator;
• wherein indicia are provided with respect to a different one of the plurality of holes on respective ones of the plurality of plies to represent a target injection site on that ply;
• and
• wherein said plurality of plies are adhered to each other while worn by the user until the user removes a ply from the adhesive tape injection site indicator.
