Abstract
Disclosed herein are compounds having structural Formula (I), or salts thereof. These compounds are useful as sweet tasting agents and/or sweetness enhancers. Also disclosed are compositions comprising the present compounds and methods of increasing the sweet taste of ingestible compositions. Furthermore, methods for preparing the compounds are also disclosed.

A composition, comprising a compound having the structure:
- or a salt thereof, wherein the composition comprises greater than 70% by weight of the compound.
A composition, comprising a bulking agent and a compound having the structure:
- or a salt thereof, wherein the composition comprises greater than 30% by weight of the bulking agent.
A flavoring concentrate, comprising a flavoring agent and a compound having the structure:
- or a salt thereof, wherein the compound is at a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight.
