Abstract

A disulfiram derivative of formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted cycloalkyl, an optionally substituted arylalkyl, or an optionally substituted heteroarylalkyl, and with the proviso that R1 and R2 are not both ethyl, both benzyl, both —CH2CH2OH, or both A pharmaceutical composition containing the disulfiram derivative of formula (I), and a method of treating ALDH1a1- and/or MAGL-mediated diseases or disorders.
