Fluid dispenser for recovering material from a surface

An assembly for delivering a fluid to seed, grow, or harvest a cell-based comestible meat product, the assembly comprising:

• a fluid dispenser connected to a fluid supply conduit, the fluid dispenser comprising:
• multiple fluid outlets positioned along a length of the fluid dispenser, wherein the length of the fluid dispenser is rotatable relative to the fluid supply conduit;
• a baffle positioned within an interior of the length of the fluid dispenser, the baffle comprising multiple flow resisting surfaces arranged in multiple rows to vary fluid flow rates between the multiple fluid outlets to create a linear distribution of peaks of volume flow rates along the length of the fluid dispenser;
• and
• an electronic controller coupled to at least one fluid outlet of the multiple fluid outlets and configured to adjust at least one of an orientation, a shape, or a size of the at least one fluid outlet.
