Measuring an interference from a neighboring device

A device related to a cross link interference (CLI), comprising:

• a transceiver;
• and
• a processor,
• wherein the transceiver is configured to receive, by the device from the serving cell, configuration information related to measurement report including a threshold for the CLI,
• wherein, the CLI is based on an interference from another device with different link type,
• wherein the link type is one of uplink and downlink;
• wherein the processor is configured to measure, by the device, the CLI based on the configuration information by using a signal transmitted from another device;
• and
• wherein the transceiver is further configured to transmit, by the device to the serving cell, the measurement report including a measured value of the CLI based on the measured value of the CLI satisfying condition on the threshold.
