The present invention provides a combination containing (1) a composition containing a live bacterium of Bacteroides vulgatus isolated from nature, and (2) a composition containing a live bacterium of Bacteroides dorei isolated from nature.

A method for improving a disease related to an elevated blood or intestinal lipopolysaccharide level in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising oral ingestion by the subject of a live bacterium of Bacteroides vulgatus isolated from nature, and a live bacterium of Bacteroides dorei isolated from nature.
