Abstract
A terminal and a method performed by the terminal are provided for use in a wireless communication system. The method includes receiving configuration information associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) through higher layer signaling; receiving first DL control information (DCI); and transmitting, based on the first DCI, the SRS in an available slot from a reference slot.
Claims12
A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving configuration information associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) by higher layer signaling;
- receiving, in slot n, downlink control information (DCI) for triggering the SRS;
- and
- transmitting, based on the configuration information and the DCI, the SRS in an available slot from a reference slot,
- wherein the configuration information includes an offset (X) for indicating the reference slot and at least one candidate value for the available slot, and
- wherein the reference slot corresponds to slot n+X.
A terminal in a wireless communication system, the terminal comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
- receive configuration information associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) by higher layer signaling,
- receive, in slot n, downlink control information (DCI) for triggering the SRS, and
- transmit, based on the configuration information and the DCI, the SRS in an available slot from a reference slot,
- wherein the configuration information includes an offset (X) for indicating the reference slot and at least one candidate value for the available slot, and
- wherein the reference slot corresponds to slot n+X.
A method performed by a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting, to a terminal, configuration information associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) by higher layer signaling;
- transmitting, in slot n, downlink control information (DCI) for triggering the SRS;
- and
- receiving, based on the configuration information and the DCI, the SRS in an available slot from a reference slot,
- wherein the configuration information includes an offset (X) for indicating the reference slot and at least one candidate value for the available slot, and
- wherein the reference slot corresponds to slot n+X.
A base station (BS), in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
- transmit, to a terminal, configuration information associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) by higher layer signaling;
- transmit, in slot n, downlink control information (DCI) for triggering the SRS;
- and
- receive, based on the configuration information and the DCI, the SRS in an available slot from a reference slot,
- wherein the configuration information includes an offset (X) for indicating the reference slot and at least one candidate value for the available slot, and
- wherein the reference slot corresponds to slot n+X.
