Abstract
A hydraulic block of an electronic braking device for a vehicle may include: a block body; an input port part disposed on the block body, and connected to an output line of a main braking device to brake a vehicle using hydraulic pressure; an output port part connected to a hydraulic brake line for individually adjusting one or more wheels; and a hydraulic circuit part formed in the block body so as to extend from the input port part to the output port part, and configured to control hydraulic pressure for redundancy of vehicle braking.
Claims11
A hydraulic block of an electronic braking device for a vehicle, comprising:
- a block body;
- an input port part disposed on the block body, and connected to an output line of a main braking device to brake a vehicle using hydraulic pressure;
- an output port part connected to a hydraulic brake line for individually adjusting one or more wheels;
- and
- a hydraulic circuit part formed in the block body so as to extend from the input port part to the output port part, and configured to control hydraulic pressure for redundancy of vehicle braking,
- wherein the input port part comprises:
- one or more main braking ports connected to the output line of the main braking device;
- and
- one or more master cylinder ports connected to an output line of a master cylinder, and disposed between the main braking ports.
A hydraulic block of an electronic braking device for a vehicle, comprising:
- a block body;
- an input port part disposed on the block body, and connected to an output line of a main braking device to brake a vehicle using hydraulic pressure;
- an output port part connected to a hydraulic brake line for individually adjusting one or more wheels;
- and
- a hydraulic circuit part formed in the block body so as to extend from the input port part to the output port part, and configured to control hydraulic pressure for redundancy of vehicle braking,
- wherein:
- the hydraulic circuit part comprises:
- one or more first chambers connected to the input port part, and configured to house one or more first valves therein;
- one or more second chambers having one or more second valves housed therein;
- and
- one or more chamber connection flow paths configured to connect the first and second chambers;
- and
- the chamber connection flow path is extended in a U-shape, and has one end portion connected to the first chamber in a second direction, a middle portion extended in a third direction different from the second direction, and the other end portion connected to the second chamber in a fourth direction different from the third direction.
A hydraulic block of an electronic braking device for a vehicle, comprising:
- a block body;
- an input port part disposed on the block body, and connected to an output line of a main braking device to brake a vehicle using hydraulic pressure;
- an output port part connected to a hydraulic brake line for individually adjusting one or more wheels;
- and
- a hydraulic circuit part formed in the block body so as to extend from the input port part to the output port part, and configured to control hydraulic pressure for redundancy of vehicle braking,
- wherein:
- the hydraulic circuit part comprises:
- one or more first chambers connected to the input port part, and configured to house one or more first valves therein;
- one or more second chambers having one or more second valves housed therein;
- and
- one or more chamber connection flow paths configured to connect the first and second chambers;
- and
- the second chamber comprises:
- a second input chamber part formed continuously with the chamber connection flow path in a fourth direction, and having one side of the second valve housed therein such that the fluid having passed through the chamber connection flow path is introduced in the fourth direction;
- and
- a second output chamber part formed continuously with the second input chamber part, having the other side of the second valve housed therein, and configured to control fluid to be discharged in a fifth direction different from the fourth direction.
