Abstract
According to an embodiment, it is possible to provide an electronic device including: a housing; a first printed circuit board disposed in the housing; a second printed circuit board disposed in the housing and spaced apart from the first printed circuit board; a first flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board; and a second flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board, in which the second flexible printed circuit board may be longer than the first flexible printed circuit board. Other embodiments are also disclosed.
Claims20
A foldable electronic device comprising:
- a hinge structure having a folding axis;
- a foldable housing including a first housing structure, and a second housing structure,
- wherein:
- the first housing structure is connected to the hinge structure, includes a first printed circuit board,
- the second housing structure is connected to the hinge structure, includes a second printed circuit board, the second housing structure being configured to be foldable on the first housing structure around the hinge structure;
- a flexible display;
- a first flexible printed circuit board configured to electrically connect the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board, and including first signal lines having a first signal characteristic;
- and
- a second flexible printed circuit board configured to electrically connect the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board and including second signal lines having a second signal characteristic different from the first signal characteristic,
- wherein the first flexible printed circuit board is shorter than the second flexible printed circuit board, and
- wherein the first signal lines include a signal line for controlling at least one of display and camera.
A foldable electronic device comprising:
- a hinge structure having a folding axis;
- a foldable housing including a first housing structure, and a second housing structure,
- wherein:
- the first housing structure is connected to the hinge structure, includes a first printed circuit board,
- the second housing structure is connected to the hinge structure, includes a second printed circuit board, the second housing structure being configured to be foldable on the first housing structure around the hinge structure;
- a flexible display;
- a first flexible printed circuit board configured to electrically connect the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board, and including a first connector formed at an ending portion thereof and a second connector formed at another ending portion thereof;
- and
- a second flexible printed circuit board configured to electrically connect the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board,
- wherein the first connector comprises a first-first line of pins formed on the first flexible printed circuit board and a first-second line of pins formed inside than the first-first line of pins, the second connector comprises a second-first line of pins formed on the first flexible printed circuit board and a second-second line of pins formed inside than the second-first line of pins, and
- wherein the first flexible printed circuit board comprises a first signal line connected from the first-first line of pins to the second-second line of pins, and a second signal line connected from the first-second line of pins to the second-first line of pins.
