Abstract
A display device is provided in an embodiment in the disclosure, including a subpixel region, a spacer, a light-emitting element, and a driving circuit. The spacer separates the subpixel region into a first region and a second region. The light-emitting element is located in at least one of the first region or the second region. The driving circuit is electrically connected to the first region and the second region, so as to drive the light-emitting element. A manufacturing method of the display device is also disclosed.
Claims18
A display device, comprising:
- a subpixel region having a first region and a second region;
- a spacer disposed on a substrate and having a first opening and second opening, wherein the spacer separates the first region and the second region, the first opening corresponds to and overlaps the first region, and the second opening corresponds to and overlaps the second region;
- a light-emitting element located in at least one of the first region and the second region;
- and
- a driving circuit electrically connected to the first region and the second region to drive the light-emitting element.
A manufacturing method of a display device, comprising:
- providing a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a subpixel region having a first region and a second region and a driving circuit electrically connected to the subpixel region;
- forming a spacer having a first opening and second opening on the substrate, wherein the spacer separates the first region and the second region, the first opening corresponds to and overlaps the first region, and the second opening corresponds to and overlaps the second region;
- transferring at least one light emitting element to at least one of the first region and the second region, and the at least one light emitting element electrically connected to the driving circuit;
- and
- performing a defect inspection, wherein the defect inspection comprises inspecting the one of the plurality of the light-emitting elements transferred to the substrate.
