Tracking of transport data

A system, comprising:

• a processor of a diagnostic center;
• a memory on which are stored machine readable instructions that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
• receive malfunction information related to a transport wherein the malfunction information comprises sensor data acquired from a plurality of sensors on the transport after transport damage has occurred;
• acquire agreements on a severe malfunction threshold for the malfunction information to be considered a severe malfunction;
• determine the sensor data of a predefined number of the plurality of the sensors on the transport has exceeded respective sensor threshold values indicating a severity level, and determining the severity level is determined to have exceeded a damage value indicating the severe malfunction and that a transaction should be performed to store the malfunction information along with the severity level on a remote storage;
• and
• in response to the malfunction information that exceeds the severe malfunction threshold and the transaction being performed to store the malfunction information along with the severity level on the remote storage, wherein the malfunction information and a timestamp associated with the malfunction information are recorded on the remote storage, remove at least a portion of the malfunction information.

A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions, that when read by a processor, cause the processor to perform:

• receiving, by a diagnostic center, malfunction information related to a transport wherein the malfunction information comprises sensor data acquired from a plurality of sensors on the transport after transport damage has occurred;
• acquiring, by the diagnostic center, agreements on a severe malfunction threshold for the malfunction information to be considered a severe malfunction;
• determining the sensor data of a predefined number of the plurality of the sensors on the transport has exceeded respective sensor threshold values indicating a severity level, and determining the severity level is determined to have exceeded a damage value indicating the severe malfunction and that a transaction should be performed to store the malfunction information along with the severity level on a remote storage;
• and
• in response to the malfunction information exceeding the severe malfunction threshold and the transaction being performed to store the malfunction information along with the severity level on the remote storage, wherein the malfunction information and a timestamp associated with the malfunction information are recorded on the remote storage, removing at least a portion of the malfunction information from the transport.
