The duct guides the air that has cooled one of the plurality of electrical components to another one of the plurality of electrical components. The duct includes a fire wall.
Claims20
An electrical apparatus comprising:
- a housing covering a plurality of electrical components;
- a blower configured to blow air;
- and
- a duct configured to guide the air that has cooled one of the plurality of electrical components to another one of the plurality of electrical components,
- the duct including a fire wall formed integrally with the housing.

An image forming apparatus comprising:
- a housing comprising a motor housing configured to cover a drive motor, and a gear housing configured to cover an electromagnetic clutch;
- a fan driven by the drive motor, and configured to blow air to cool the drive motor;
- a duct between an intake port at the motor housing and an exhaust port at the gear housing, and configured to guide the air to cool the electromagnetic clutch;
- and
- a fire wall disposed in the duct between the intake port and the exhaust port, and formed integrally with the housing.
2 more elements
An electrical apparatus comprising:
- a housing covering a plurality of electrical components;
- a blower configured to blow air;
- a duct configured to guide the air that has cooled one of the plurality of electrical components to another one of the plurality of electrical components, wherein the duct includes a fire wall;
- and
- a plurality of walls that form a flow path of the duct between an intake port and an exhaust port, wherein the fire wall is connected to each of the plurality of walls to partition the duct except for a predetermined gap between a tip of the firewall and a lower wall on a lower portion of the duct.
