Abstract
Disclosed herein are hemi-citrate salts of Compound 1, crystalline forms thereof, methods of their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods of their use.
Claims28
A substantially pure hemi-citrate salt of Compound 1 having the formula:
- wherein the hemi-citrate salt is at least about 95% pure and contains less than about 5% by weight of a mono-citrate salt of Compound 1.
A method of preparing a hemi-citrate salt of Compound 1 having the formula:
- the method comprising:
- (a) dissolving a mono-citrate salt of Compound 1 in C1-C2 alcohol to produce a solution;
- and
- (b) adding the solution to water to provide the hemi-citrate salt of Compound 1.

A method of preparing a hemi-citrate salt of Compound 1 having the formula:
- the method comprising:
- (a) suspending a mono-citrate salt of Compound 1 in water;
- and
- (b) isolating the hemi-citrate salt of Compound 1.
