A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium comprising a set of instructions which, when executed by a control circuit of a medical device, cause the medical device to deliver an electrical stimulation therapy by:
- generating an electrical stimulation pulse signal having a pulse width the electrical stimulation pulse signal oscillating throughout the pulse width;
- and
- modulating at least one of:
- a frequency of the oscillations of the electrical stimulation pulse signal between a minimum frequency and a maximum frequency greater than the minimum frequency during the pulse width;
- and
- a bias of the electrical stimulation pulse signal between a minimum offset and a maximum offset greater than the minimum offset during the pulse width.
