Abstract
To provide a method for treating cancer using a pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine compound or a salt thereof. The present invention provides an antitumor agent comprising a pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine compound of formula (I) wherein X, Y, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, W, n, R1, R2, and R3 have meanings as defined in the present specification, or a salt thereof and other antitumor agent(s) for combined administration.

A composition comprising (R)-1-(1-acryloylpiperidin-3-yl)-4-amino-N-(4-(2-(dimethylamino)-2-oxoethyl)-2,3-dimethylphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide or a sale thereof and at least one antitumor agent selected from the group consisting of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), 5-fluoro-2′-deoxyuridine (FdUrd), trifluridine, gemcitabine, capecitabine, trastuzumab, trastuzumab emtansine, AZD8055, everolimus, dactolisib, buparlisib, taselisib, palbociclib, cisplatin, and paclitaxel.
A method for treating a tumor having HER2 overexpression, Her2 gene amplification, or a HER2 mutation, comprising performing combined administration of (R)-1-(1-acryloylpiperidin-3-yl)-4-amino-N-(4-(2-(dimethylamino)-2-oxoethyl)-2,3-dimethylphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide or a salt thereof and at least one antitumor agent selected from the group consisting of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), 5-fluoro-T-deoxyuridine (FdUrd), trifluridine, gemcitabine, capecitabine, trastuzumab, trastuzumab emtansine, AZD8055, everolimus, dactolisib, buparlisib, taselisib, palbociclib, cisplatin, and paclitaxel.
