Network feature tester

A system, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory including a plurality of computer-executable components that are executable by the one or more processors to perform a plurality of actions, the plurality of actions comprising:
• identifying computing devices that are likely to communicate with a same base station of a wireless carrier network;
• determining first monitoring data by monitoring the computing devices;
• adjusting a characteristic of the same base station;
• after adjusting the characteristic of the same base station, determining second monitoring data by monitoring the computing devices;
• and
• based on the first monitoring data and the second monitoring data, determining an effect that adjusting the characteristic of the same base station has on the wireless carrier network.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media of a computing device storing computer-executable instructions that upon execution cause one or more computers to perform acts comprising:

• identifying computing devices that are likely to communicate with a same base station of a wireless carrier network;
• determining first monitoring data by monitoring the computing devices;
• adjusting a characteristic of the same base station;
• after adjusting the characteristic of the same base station, determining second monitoring data by monitoring the computing devices;
• and
• based on the first monitoring data and the second monitoring data, determining an effect that adjusting the characteristic of the same base station has on the wireless carrier network.
