Abstract
A message processing method, applied to a terminal device including a modem, includes: monitoring a running state of the modem, and restarting the modem when it is monitored that the modem crashes; and maintaining a communication connection state, and prohibiting notification of a modem crash message to a user. By maintaining a normal communication state after the modem crashes, it is ensured that the user continues to use the various services of the terminal normally to avoid the interruption of the ongoing business of the user; and the terminal resumes normal operation after the modem is restarted, and the user does not perceive that the modem has ever crashed, thereby maintaining the experience of using the terminal normally all the time.
Claims16
A message processing method, applied to a terminal device having a modem, the method comprising:
- monitoring a running state of the modem, and restarting the modem when it is detected that the modem crashes;
- and
- maintaining a normal communication connection state after the modem crashes, and prohibiting notification of a modem crash message to a user by:
- monitoring a state of a SIM card, and prohibiting issuance of a SIM card abnormal message when it is monitored that the SIM card is abnormal;
- wherein
- the state of the SIM card comprises a state that the SIM card is in a card slot;
- and
- the prohibiting issuance of a SIM card abnormal message when it is monitored that the SIM card is abnormal comprises:
- prohibiting record of a SIM card drop message and prohibiting notification of the SIM card drop message to a status bar when it is monitored that the SIM card is dropped.
A message processing apparatus, applied to a terminal device comprising a modem, the apparatus comprising:
- a memory device configured to store instructions;
- and
- a processor configured to invoke the instructions stored in the memory to execute operations including:
- monitoring a running state of the modem and restart the modem when it is monitored that the modem crashes;
- and
- maintaining a communication normal connection state after the modem crashes and prohibiting notification of a modem crash message to a user,
- wherein the processor is further configured to:
- monitor a state of a SIM card, and prohibit issuance of a SIM card abnormal message when it is monitored that the SIM card is abnormal;
- and
- wherein the state of the SIM card comprises a state that the SIM card is in a card slot;
- and
- the processor is further configured to prohibit record of a SIM card drop message and prohibit notification of the SIM card drop message to a status bar when it is monitored that the SIM card is dropped.
