Automatic scaling of microservices applications

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions, the instructions comprising:

• one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
• receive information identifying one or more tasks to be executed by a microservices application,
• the microservices application being associated with a first microservice or a second microservice;
• determine whether an execution time satisfies a threshold time, the execution time associated with execution of the microservices application;
• and
• execute one or more instances of the first microservice or one or more instances of the second microservice based on determining whether the execution time satisfies the threshold time.

A method, comprising:

• receiving information identifying one or more tasks to be executed by a microservices application,
• the microservices application being associated with a microservice;
• determining whether an execution time satisfies a threshold time,
• the execution time associated with execution of a task associated with the microservice;
• and
• executing one or more instances of the microservice based on determining whether the execution time satisfies the threshold time.
